Crash on the highway creates an emergency and danger. Public safety is at stake is why troubleshooting operations, towing and disposal of vehicles on highways are strictly regulated: they are insured by companies subject to approval and rates are regulated.

The approval of the store

Rates

We distinguish four types of interventions

Certain benefits are not in the package. They are subject to additional charges:

• - The possible provision of parts;
• - Time for additional labor to the half-hour included in the package;
• - Towing beyond 5 km after the exit closest to the location of the breakdown.

For these services, fares are free. The store is required to post approved rates troubleshooting (packages, supplements) in a visible and legible as a response vehicle. It must also provide the consumer with an invoice detailing the services provided.

The package price is increased by 50% on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and between 18 am and 8 pm The garage should not ask for more: if you must take the departmental unit of Competition, Consumption and Fraud Department of the mechanic who did the towing.
