Formalities for setting up an LLC

1. Application is submitted to the bank
   
   
   Parts required:
   
   * Slip tax situation (to withdraw cash from the place of residence to 01/01 of the year).
   * Certificates of deposit of capital and signed by the partners (provided by the bank).
   * Photocopies of identity cards.
   * Extract number 3 of the criminal record of the manager (printable from the website of the Ministry of Justice).
   * Check for the amount of capital.
   * A non-final copy of the statutes (see model of the PACE model Lentreprise.com, buy this model or the model of our partner documents.fr).
   * A copy of the appointment of the Manager, the Manager is not named in the articles, which is preferable if you do not want to change the statutes for each change (see model).
   
   The piece recovered:
   
   * Certificate of deposit of capital in the bank.
   2. Publication of a notice of constitution in a legal gazette
   
   
   Parts required:

   3. Submission of the request for assistance to start-ups (ACCRE) to the DDTEFP
   
   
   Reminder of the benefits of ACCRE: maintenance free affiliation to social security. Are supported for the creator (or self-employed status) the following contributions (employer and employee to employee):

   * Notification of entitlement to unemployment benefit (for those perceiving).
   * Request support business creation (09 CE - CERFA No. 61-2327-12255 * 02).
   * Request for continued coverage (EC 11 - CERFA No. 61-2328-12256 * 01).
   * Application Form checkbook consulting (CE 06 - CERFA No. 12258 * 01)
   * 2 copies of the record economic aid application to business creation (CERFA No. 61-2326-12254 * 02).
   
   4. Registration status with the tax office
   
   
   The items required in the months following the signing of the statutes:
   
   * 5-7 copies of the articles, dated and signed, printed on both sides.
   * 5-7 copies of the appointment of the Manager, the Manager is not named in the articles.
   
   5. Filing of registration of the LLC with the CFE (CCI)
   
   
   Parts required:
   
   * 2 copies of the articles registered in the tax office.
   * 2 copies of the articles registered in the tax office.
   * 2 copies of the meeting which appoints the manager if he is not named in the articles.
   * Certificate of deposit of capital in the bank.
   * Proof of publication in the journal of legal notices.
   * Photocopy of the identity card of the manager.
   * Sworn declaration of the manager of non-criminal conviction (Form CCI).
   * Cheque € 76.19 (Tribunal de Commerce).
   * Cheque € 40.00 (CCI).
   * Commercial lease, title or owner's permission for the head office (see sample of our partner document.fr).
   
   Example of permission from the owner with the mandatory:
   
   Xxx I, the undersigned, owner of the property located at 7 rue Pasteur 64000 PAU, allows SARL xxx to establish its headquarters and to carry on its business as of January 1, 2005.
   
   From that moment the company is being registered. It officially born on the day of registration in the Trade and Companies.
   
   Warning: the particulars set out in the statutes and the bundle of application for registration must match exactly (eg if the articles provide an acronym: the show on the form, etc. ...).
