Decision No. 2011-068 Issuing Accreditation No. 0046-PS-07.07.2011 the company AUBSAIL SAS in the "sports paris"

The College of the Regulatory Authority online games;

Considering the law n ° 2010-476 of 12 May 2010 on the introduction of competition and sector regulation of gambling and online gambling, in particular Articles 21 and 23;

Considering Decree No. 2010-482 of 12 May 2010 laying down the conditions for issuing licenses to operators of online games, and in particular Article 10;

Considering Decree No. 2010-518 of 19 May 2010 concerning the provision of supply of games and paris by authorized operators of games or online paris;

Given the interministerial decree of May 17, 2010 approving the specifications on the application for approval;

Considering the application for registration filed by the company AUBSAIL SAS, recorded March 9, 2011 under number 0046-PS-AGR for the category "sports paris" online;

Given the finding of incompleteness of the Regulatory Authority of online games as of March 29, 2011;

Given the response produced by the company AUBSAIL SAS dated April 28, 2011;

Given the additional information provided by the company AUBSAIL SAS dates of May 25, 7 June 8 June 22 June 1 July and 4 July 2011;

Having deliberated July 7, 2011;

DECIDES:

Article 1

- The company AUBSAIL SAS is approved to offer a range of online sports paris. The approval issued bears the number 0046-PS-07.07.2011.

Article 2 - The provision of play allowed under that license has the following characteristics:

- Paris fixed odds,

- Paris live

- Paris ended before the start of the competition.

The offer of paris sports can only cover one of the competition categories and types of results of these competitions may provide support to paris, defined by the Regulatory Authority of online games. The supply of Paris is available from the following domain name: France-pari-sportif.fr.

Any other domain name, making it accessible supply paris sports operator and approved, must be reported to the Regulatory Authority online games prior to use.

Article 3

The company, SAS AUBSAIL declare, prior to the start of its activity, the Regulatory Authority for online games, the starting of the support material specified in Article 31 of Law No. 2010-476 of 12 May 2010 on the introduction of competition and sector regulation of gambling and online gambling.

Article 4

- Are recalled in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Decree No. 2010-482 of 12 May 2010 referred to above, the company SAS AUBSAIL its obligations resulting from the certification provisions of Article 23 of Law No. 2010 -476 of the aforementioned May 12, 2010 which provides:

"II. - Within six months from the date of operation or support under section 31, the gaming operator or online paris transmit to the Authority to regulate online gambling a document certifying he obtained the certification, which relates to compliance by it of the obligations under Articles 31 and 38. This certification is conducted by an independent body selected by the operator in a list established by the Regulatory Authority for online games. The cost of this certification is the responsibility of the gaming operator or paris online.

III. - Within one year from the date of obtaining approval under section 21, the gaming operator or online paris transmits to the regulatory authority of a document online games attesting to the certification he obtained, which relates to compliance by it of all its legal and regulatory obligations. This certification is conducted by an independent body selected by the operator in the list referred to in this Article II. The cost of this certification is the responsibility of the gaming operator or paris online.

It is subject to a yearly update.

IV. - In case of failure by an operator, the securities laws applicable to its business, the regulatory authority of the online games gives notice to comply and submit a new certification under the conditions mentioned to

II of Article 43. "

Article 5

- Pursuant to Article 1 of Decree No. 2010-518 of 19 May 2010, the authorized operator must include a prominent and easily accessible on its website its approval number. The operator will have to include the registration number of the authorized operator symbol provided by the Authority.

Article 6

- This approval is issued for a period of five years from the date of this decision. It is renewable and transferable. Article 7 - This decision shall be notified to the company AUBSAIL SAS and published, first on the website of the Regulatory Authority for online games, the other in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
