Decision No. 2011-054 authorizing an offer of online horse paris
The College of the Regulatory Authority online games;
Considering the law n ° 2010-476 of 12 May 2010 on the introduction of competition and regulation

Seen the letter from the company to BETCLIC ENTERPRISES LIMITED Regulatory Authority
online games as of May 2, 2011;
Having deliberated May 26, 2011;
REASONS:
Whereas by Decision No. 2010-021 of the College of Regulatory Authority online games
dated June 7, 2010, the company BETCLIC ENTERPRISES LIMITED has been approved to offer a
supply of gambling or online paris under the category of paris horse;
Whereas by letter dated May 2, 2011, the company sent BETCLIC ENTERPRISES LIMITED
the Regulatory Authority online games settlement offers online horse paris it
offers;
Considering that offers online horse paris exposed in the regulation meet the
provisions of the Act of May 12, 2010 and the decree of May 17, 2010 referred to above;
DECIDES:
Article 1

- Offers of paris online horse race offered by the company BETCLIC ENTERPRISES
LIMITED whose terms are in the list annexed to this decision, and with which it
that body, are allowed.
Article 2 - This decision shall be notified to the company and BETCLIC ENTERPRISES LIMITED
published on the website of the Regulatory Authority for online games.
