Decision No. 2011-051 authorizing and refusal of offers of online horse paris

REASONS:

Whereas, by letters dated February 10, 2011 and April 14, 2011, the company sent BETURF

does not comply with the provisions of Article 6 of Decree No. 2010-498 of 17 May 2010 that cited

Considering that in the context of the offer referred to as "grid", it is proposed to bettors

answer three questions:

DECIDES:

Article 1

- The offer of bet called "The 5" is permitted provided it is proposed
